Do you offer wholesale pricing?
YES! We are so appreciative of all our accounts wanting to stock Sequence Co. If you are interested in wholesale email us!
What is your return policy?
Sequence Co. sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We may offer exchanges under limited circumstances. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 14 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sequence Co. reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Why does my piece look different to the store photo?
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, there is slight variations of the colour and size. There is likely to be tiny differences as each one is handmade and not machined. Be assured that none of our pieces will leave the shop that we ourselves would not be proud to wear.
How long will my order take?
Your order will be posted by us at the first convenient moment between 1-2 days, as our designs are all ready made to be shipped. The time of arrival will vary significantly depending on where in the world we are shipping to.
